We accept ready-to-wear clothing, shoes, bags, and jewellery in brand-new, excellent, or very good condition. Please make sure your items are freshly cleaned and free from stains, damage, or significant alterations. We welcome pieces from your wardrobe, as long as they belong to our pre-approved brand list and meet our quality standards.

During a transition period, the NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, and THE OUTNET resale services have been brought together on a single platform. If you’ve used the service before, your active collections remain safely managed and your items continue selling as usual.

This platform also allows you to submit new resale requests for both womenswear and menswear, manage your collections, and benefit from the Reflaunt’s global marketplace network for faster sales and stronger payouts. You’ll continue to receive the same high-quality, white-glove resale experience and global distribution your items have always benefited from.

If you’ve used the service before, your details will be recognised and your information restored automatically. Click on “Returning Customer”, validate your details and go to your Closet. There you’ll find a link to all your previous requests, including items still selling and any pending payouts. When one of your items sells, we’ll notify you by email so you can choose your preferred payout option.

Our commission is a flat 10%. Before we list your item, we show you the net payout you’ll receive – no hidden fees, ever. 

To determine the listing price shown across our resale network, we add shipping, a reduced marketplace fee negotiated by Reflaunt, operational costs, and our commission on top of your payout. This full amount is paid by the buyer, not deducted from your earnings.

Because your items are offered across a curated network of over 30 luxury resale marketplaces, they are exposed to a wider pool of qualified buyers. This allows us to identify the strongest demand and secure the best achievable price within a reasonable timeframe, rather than relying on a single marketplace’s audience or pricing dynamics.

Your items will be listed on Reflaunt’s global network of trusted secondhand marketplaces and premium retail partners, including Vestiaire Collective, Ebay, Poshmark, Vinted, Secret Sales, ThreadUp and many, many more. This extensive network reaches over 350 million potential buyers worldwide, helping maximize your chances of a successful sale.

Once we receive and authenticate your items, our team prepares a personalised pricing proposal for each piece and shares it with you by email. Every item is unique, and we take great care in setting accurate prices based on condition, brand, style, and current market demand — so you always have a clear view of your potential earnings before your items go live.

If your item is not approved for resale, we will inform you via email. You can reach out to our Concierge team to request a return with a fee of $15 per item, capped at $45, or equivalent in local currency, or leave them with Reflaunt and we will donate the products to local charities.
